A first viewing creates emotion quickly: light, sea and outdoor space can make the rest of the building disappear. Slow the process down. The purpose of a viewing is not to prove that you love the home; it is to collect evidence for the next decision.
Look beyond the rooms
Open windows and listen. Check water pressure, signs of damp, cracking, air-conditioning, electrical capacity, storage, parking and step-free access where relevant. Notice the sun’s direction and ask what the space feels like in January as well as August.
Inspect the shared reality
For an apartment or community, ask about fees, recent meeting minutes, planned works, rules and outstanding debts. Walk the common areas and approach road. A perfect interior cannot fix a lift problem, disputed terrace or steep daily route.
Keep viewing and legal review separate
Photographs and agent answers guide questions; they do not replace registry, planning, tax and contract checks. Use a written scorecard and compare properties the next day. Corablanca can coordinate the practical journey while independent qualified professionals perform regulated legal and technical work.
